Our story

Max Bachem and Ole Breulmann founded Xaver in April 2023 with a shared mission: to revolutionize the financial advisory sector across Europe. Soon after, Björn Holste and Nigel Jankelson joined the management team, bringing with them extensive experience in the fintech, banking, insurance, and asset management sectors.

This founder and management team is ideally positioned to realize this ambitious case, as they have extensive experience in the fintech, banking, insurance and asset management sectors, have already built up and managed BaFin-regulated companies (Fit & Proper), have an extensive network of potential partners within the banking and insurance sector and are passionate about seizing the opportunity to innovate financial services through tech and AI.
